1. Introductory provisions

These terms govern the wholesale relationship between the operator Anabu Solution s.r.o. (Company ID 17235359, Praha – Nové Město, 110 00), running the site subhome.eu, and the business customer. The range consists of home accessories imported from Turkey – PVC tablecloths, foam mats and non-slip underlays.

2. Enquiry and order

Prices listed in the catalogue are indicative and apply to wholesale purchases. We prepare a specific offer based on a non-binding enquiry sent via the “Write to us" section, by e-mail at info@subhome.eu or by phone at +420 724 212 195. The purchase contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the operator.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are stated excluding VAT unless noted otherwise.
• Standard payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice.
• Payment in advance may be required for the first order.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the whole Czech Republic. Shipping is free on orders over 3,000 CZK. Delivery times and method are confirmed with the order.

5. Complaints

Rights and obligations arising from defective performance are governed by the Czech Civil Code. Please submit any complaint in writing to info@subhome.eu with a description of the defect and the invoice number.

6. Personal data protection

We process personal and contact data solely to handle your enquiry and for business communication, in accordance with the GDPR. We do not share data with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the goods.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
